How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping within Australia:
$9 – orders below AU$50.
Free – orders above AU$50.
How long will it take to get my package?
We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping within Australia generally takes 5-7 business days. Please contact us if you are experiencing delays with your order.
What shipping methods are available?
Our products are shipped to you using Australia Post or courier in certain cases. There may be some delays during these COVID-19 times, however we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and send you a tracking number for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, no international orders at this stage.

Orders and Returns
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. And we won’t ask you to subscribe to any emails either, however creating an account may help to track your order and order history.

How do I track my order?
A tracking order will be emailed to you once your order has been processed, usually within 2-3 business days or submitting an order.
How can I return a product?
Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of Conceal N°2 products if:
You have received products from Conceal N°2 that are different to the one you have ordered. We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively we can offer you a refund. Please note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.
For any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you. Conceal N°2 will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that Conceal N°2 requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Conceal N°2 & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
For refund or exchanges please contact us by email hello@conceal2.co. Please provide your order number & contact information in your email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours. From time to time this waiting period may be longer.
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact hello@conceal2.co before making your return as we will provide you with a returns form that must be completed and sent with your parcel. Items delivered to us without a returns form will not be processed.
All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days. Refunds may take up to 15 working days depending on your bank & may take longer for international orders. From time to time this waiting period may be longer.

When returning any items being submitted must be unopened and in their original sale condition. Should you decided to return or exchange your order you will be responsible for any additional postage. When submitting items for return please place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
